Instructions for using the Zip-it Self-Extractor

AFTER DOWNLOADING A FILE FROM THE INTERNET INTO ITS OWN DIRECTORY

1.  In File Manager or Windows Explorer, open the new directory and double click the Icon.

2.  From the "Zip-it Self Extractor" screen, select "Self Extract" and "Extract Files" from the drop-down menu. From the "Extract Files"screen, select the location of your  MS Word97 or Word Perfect "wpdoc" files,  and click "Execute".

3.  The files have now been placed in your location of choice and may be opened conventionally in MS Word97 or Word Perfect.

4.  After opening the individual files, print each one individually, complete the set and submit as instructed on the application sheet.  Note:  Due to the differences in some printers, it may be necessary to readjust the margins to permit proper printing of these forms.

Instructions for using the PKZIP For Windows Self-Extractor

AFTER DOWNLOADING A FILE FROM THE INTERNET INTO ITS OWN DIRECTORY

1.  In File Manager or Windows Explorer, open the new directory and double click the Icon.

2.  From the drop down menu, select the drive and/or the location you wish the files to be placed.  

3.  Click on "Finish"

4.  The files have now been placed in your location of choice and may be opened conventionally in MS Word97 or Word Perfect.

5.  After opening the individual files, print each one individually, complete the set and submit as instructed on the application sheet.  Note:  Due to the differences in some printers, it may be necessary to readjust the margins to permit proper printing of these forms.
