Service/Lincoln Memorial Life Insurance Companies/National Prearranged
Funeral Services which includes Legal
Documents relating to the
rehabilitation. Additional information can be found on the

- The Kansas Insurance Department has
issued a Summary Order
against National Prearranged Services (NPS) revoking their nonresident
license and has issued a cease and desist from issuing new policies in
the state of Kansas. The effective date of this order is July 29,
2008. A Resource Page
involving Memorial Service Life and Lincoln Memorial Life has been
posted on the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) web site.
